General Description:

Through this highly collaborative hands-on experience, learners will work together to setup functional MiVoice MX-ONE and MiContact Centre Enterprise (Solidus) systems. The objectives of this session include:

1. Increase learners’ knowledge of how the MiVoice MX-ONE and MiContact Centre Enterprise (Solidus) systems function.

2. Equip learners with the technical skills required to configure the MiVoice MX-ONE and MiContact Centre Enterprise systems.

3. Identify effective deployment strategies for implementation in home organizations to realize efficiencies.

Learners will be provided the necessary tools to configure, deploy and test a fully functional system. Not only will learners be provided the necessary server infrastructure to support their work, they will also use one of the new 6900 series phones to test their self-built system to ensure that the work is being completed correctly. Learners will also walk away with a new 6900 series phone just for having participated in this Elite Experience.

Areas of focus include:

1. MiVoice MX-ONE Licensing, Class of Services, Agent Skill Groups, Set Programming and SMDR Options

2. MiContact Center Enterprise Configuration Manager, Information Manager and Report layout configuration.

3. MiVoice Call Recording user configuration, user security, rules configuration and score card creation.

Complementary access will also be provided to the following self-courses upon completion of the workshop:

2. Administering MiVoice Call Recording

3. MiCollab System Administration
